This is a testing pilot. Institutional rollout is awaiting confirmation from ILS authorities.
- One shared attendance workspace
Review the student, class, subject and attendance summary counts.
Benefit: The office and teaching team can review the same saved records.
- Arrange the college structure
Review courses, academic years, years of study, semesters, divisions, subjects and reporting periods.
Benefit: Consistent class and subject codes keep uploads organised and prevent mismatched records.
- Find a student in the roster
The tour filters the roster to QA2500 synthetic student IDs. Search by name or ID to find an individual student.
Benefit: A searchable roster supports thousands of students without maintaining separate lists.
- Start with the right Excel format
Download the roster, daily attendance or aggregate totals template. Each workbook includes instructions.
Benefit: Agreed formats reduce repetitive preparation and column errors.
- Check daily attendance before saving
Use Daily P / A records, choose a worksheet, review the column mapping and validate. Correct every error before confirming a save.
Benefit: Student IDs, subjects, dates and duplicate lectures are checked before a complete batch is saved.
- See the working sample report
When the QA November period is available, this step selects it and shows attendance below 75%. Change the filters to inspect individual students or subjects.
Benefit: Daily records become attendance percentages and a review list that can be exported as CSV. The college decides its official threshold and eligibility rules.
- Trace uploaded workbooks
Review each saved batch, filename, row count and importer. November QA records are locked for review.
Benefit: The team can trace a report back to its uploads and protect a completed reporting period.
Sign in with an invited account to explore the working app. QA-2500 records are synthetic samples, separate from official college records. The walkthrough changes screens and filters only; it does not upload, save or edit attendance.
